Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our growing real estate team in Ajman. We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire a team, deliver consistent sales results, and contribute to the company's continued success in the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day sales activities, ensuring targets and performance goals are achieved
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand revenue and client base
Train, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants for maximum results
Build lasting relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
Analyze market developments, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitor activity
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at networking events, property exhibitions, and project launches
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage, guide, and grow a sales team of 5 or more members
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
