Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a passionate, skilled, and performance-focused

Sales Manager

to head our expanding sales division in Ajman. We're looking for a confident real estate professional with a strong ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and achieve consistent growth in the UAE property market.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all sales operations to ensure company objectives are met Create and implement business plans that increase revenue and strengthen market share Coach, support, and monitor the performance of Property Consultants to reach maximum productivity Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and business partners Identify new business prospects and stay informed about market trends and competitor activity Represent the company during property launches, networking events, and exhibitions

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in property sales (experience within the UAE market preferred) Proven record of managing and developing a sales team of at least 5 members Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation Consistent background of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
