Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced, motivated, and target-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our expanding team in Ajman. This position is ideal for a dynamic real estate professional with strong leadership abilities and a proven record of driving sales growth in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure team goals are consistently achieved Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies to enhance sales performance Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Consultants to reach peak productivity Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders Analyze market trends, track competitors, and identify new business opportunities Represent Arfeen Real Estate at property exhibitions, events, and networking sessions

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred) Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 5 or more consultants Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
