Arfeen Real Estate is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Ajman. This role is ideal for a confident professional who can guide a sales team, deliver strong results, and contribute to the company's ongoing success in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure team performance meets company objectives Develop and execute effective sales and business strategies Lead, train, and motivate property consultants to achieve sales goals Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Represent the company at exhibitions, property events, and client meetings

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred) Proven leadership and team management skills (managing 5 or more consultants) Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
