Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead our expanding team in
Ajman
. This leadership position is ideal for a driven real estate professional who excels at guiding teams, achieving sales milestones, and contributing to long-term business growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of successful real estate sales experience (UAE market experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5+ Property Consultants
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Valid UAE driving license with access to a personal vehicle
Demonstrated record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and strengthen market position
Train, mentor, and empower the sales team for optimal performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at property launches, exhibitions, and networking events
What We Offer

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
