Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 5 or more Property Consultants
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle
Proven track record of achieving success in target-driven, fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily sales operations
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and market share
Train, guide, and mentor team members to meet and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong client, investor, and stakeholder relationships
Stay updated on market trends and monitor competitor activities
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, launches, and industry events
What We Offer
Basic salary: AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
