Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our expanding team. This senior role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional ready to mentor a growing team, drive business growth, and shape the future of our sales division.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 5 or more Property Consultants Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle Proven record of achieving results in target-driven, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and manage daily sales operations Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share Train, guide, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders Stay informed on market trends and monitor competitor activity Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry events
