Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager

to lead our high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced real estate professional ready to

mentor talent, drive growth, and shape the future

of our sales division.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of proven real estate sales experience

(UAE experience preferred) Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of

5+ Property Consultants

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Valid

UAE driver's license

and own vehicle Proven success in

target-driven, fast-paced environments


Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee

daily sales operations

Develop and implement strategies to

boost revenue and market share

Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, investors, and stakeholders

Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on

market trends

Represent Arfeen Real Estate at

exhibitions, project launches, and industry events


What We Offer

Basic Salary:

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000
