Requirements
Minimum
3 years of proven real estate sales experience
(UAE experience preferred)
Demonstrated track record of managing a team of
5+ Property Consultants
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Valid
UAE driver's license
and own vehicle
Proven success in
target-driven, fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
daily sales operations
Develop and execute
strategies to increase revenue and market share
Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve their goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, investors, and stakeholders
Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on
market trends
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at
exhibitions, launches, and industry events
