Requirements
Minimum
3 years proven real estate sales experience
(UAE experience preferred)
Track record of managing a team of
5+ Property Consultants
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle
Proven success in
target-driven, fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the sales team
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to maximize revenue and market share
Train, coach, and mentor agents to achieve performance targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on market trends
Represent the company at
exhibitions, launches, and industry events
