Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a key leadership role for an experienced real estate professional ready to drive growth, mentor talent, and shape strategic direction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience, preferably within the UAE market Prior experience managing a team of at least 5 Property Consultants Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Valid UAE driver's license and access to own vehicle Demonstrated success in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales team Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and market share Coach and mentor team members through training and performance management Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders Monitor competitor activity and real estate market trends Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry events
