Requirements
Minimum three years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of five or more Property Consultants
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and performance targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market presence
Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and support to team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry networking events
