Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities
Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met
Design and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and expand market share
Mentor and coach team members through ongoing training, guidance, and performance reviews
Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and competitor performance to drive data-backed decisions
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at key industry exhibitions, launches, and networking events
