Requirements

Minimum of

3 years of proven experience

in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring a team of

5 or more active Property Consultants

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Valid UAE

driver's license and personal vehicle

for meetings and property viewings Ability to perform in a

fast-paced, target-driven

environment

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and guide the daily operations of the sales team to ensure performance targets and KPIs are achieved Design and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share Motivate, train, and mentor team members through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to inform tactical adjustments Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, property launches, and industry events

What We Offer

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
