Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
Proven track record in leading and developing a team of 5+ Property Consultants
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle (for meetings and site visits)
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales team, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and grow client base
Motivate, train, and mentor team members through coaching, guidance, and performance reviews
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners
Monitor real estate market trends, price movements, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, property launches, and networking events
