dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Sales Manager

to lead and elevate our expanding team in Ajman. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with a

proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team performance management

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team of 5+ Property Consultants Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met or exceeded Design and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the client base Motivate, train, and mentor team members through regular coaching and performance evaluations Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners Monitor the property market closely to identify trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly Represent the company at exhibitions, property launches, and networking events

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (commensurate with experience and performance)*
