Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle for client meetings and property viewings
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets
Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and expand market share
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
