Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of 5+ active Property Consultants
Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle for client meetings and property viewings
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets
Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to the team
Stay up to date on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
