is looking for a

proactive and experienced Sales Manager

to lead our growing team in

Ajman

. This is a standout opportunity for a

who thrives in leadership, business development, and long-term client relationship building.

Requirements



Minimum

3 years of proven success

in real estate sales Strong leadership background managing a team of

5+ active Property Consultants

Must have a

valid UAE driver's license

and

own a vehicle

for meetings and property visits

Key Responsibilities



Lead, coach, and inspire

the sales team to consistently exceed targets

Develop and implement

sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth Build and nurture lasting relationships with

clients, investors, and stakeholders

Deliver

regular training, mentorship, and performance reviews

to team members Monitor

market trends

, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

What We Offer



Salary:

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)*
