Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate

is seeking a

proactive and experienced Sales Manager

to lead our expanding team in

Ajman

. This is a prime opportunity for a

goal-oriented real estate professional

who excels in leadership, business development, and long-term client relationship management.

Requirements



Minimum

3 years of proven success

in real estate sales Demonstrated

leadership experience

managing a team of

5+ active Property Consultants

Must hold a

valid UAE driver's license

and own a car for meetings and property viewings

Key Responsibilities



Lead, coach, and motivate

the sales team to exceed performance goals

Develop and execute

strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients, investors, and key stakeholders

Deliver

ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations

to team members Stay current with

market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies


What We Offer



Salary:

AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)*
