Arfeen Real Estate

is looking for a

motivated and experienced Sales Manager

to lead our expanding team in

Ajman

. This is a prime opportunity for a

results-driven real estate professional

who thrives on leadership, strategic growth, and building long-term client relationships.

Requirements



Minimum

3 years of proven success

in real estate sales Demonstrated ability to

lead and manage a team

of at least 5 active property consultants Must own a

car

for client meetings and property viewings

Key Responsibilities



Inspire, coach, and lead

the sales team to consistently

exceed targets

Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to drive revenue and expand the business Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with clients and investors Provide regular

training, mentorship, and performance evaluations

Stay updated with

market trends, competitor activity

, and pricing strategies
