motivated and experienced Sales Manager
to lead our expanding team in Ajman. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional who is passionate about leadership, driving sales growth, and building lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven success
in real estate sales
Ability to
lead and manage
a team of at least
5 active property consultants
Must
own a car
for property viewings and client meetings
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire
the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement
strategic sales plans to drive business growth
Build and maintain
strong, long-term relationships
with clients and investors
Provide
ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
to the team
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities,
and
pricing strategies
What We Offer:
