Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision
Manage, supervise, and support the performance of the sales and listing teams.
Set daily/weekly/monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
Training & Development
Provide training sessions on off-plan projects for developers.
Ensure team members are updated on new launches, project details, and developer guidelines.
Monitor and enhance sales strategies based on market trends.
Sales Operations & Control
Track all sales activities and ensure smooth transaction flow.
Monitor leads, listings, and client follow-ups using CRM systems.
Ensure listing quality, accuracy, and compliance across all advertising platforms.
Developer & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with property developers and maintain strong business relationships.
Attend developer meetings, training events, and launch briefings.
Market Expertise & Analysis
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.
Generate periodic reports on market insights and team performance.
Administrative & Operational Efficiency
Oversee document handling, contracts, listing agreements, and transaction records.
Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing team for effective listing promotions.
Requirements:
Minimum of
4 years of experience
in Real Estate Operations or Sales Management, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of
off-plan projects
and local developers in the UAE.
Proven experience in
team training and performance management
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Abu Dhabi RERA Certification (Broker Card)
