The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, grow the client base, and enhance the company's brand in the real estate market. This role involves strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents and executives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including property listings, viewings, and negotiations.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and investors.
Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching/training where necessary.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competition.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Manage budgets and forecast sales growth in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
