Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets
Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships
Oversee CRM pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead conversion
Represent the company in high-level negotiations and client presentations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 3 years)
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Bitrix24 preferred)
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
UAE Driving License is a must
