Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
Oversee property listings, client negotiations, and transaction closures
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand visibility
Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms
Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus
UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
