Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for property sales.
Identify new business opportunities and client prospects.
Manage property listings, client inquiries, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
