Sales Manager
to head our
sales team in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on property sales and off-plan project marketing.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base (buyers, investors, developers).
Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of property listings through effective agent support and regular inventory evaluation.
Ensure full compliance with
Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
, including documentation, client onboarding, and ethical selling practices.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize property exposure across platforms and campaigns.
Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi property market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
Handle negotiations and closing of high-value deals when necessary.
Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they are well-versed in the RE/MAX approach and local market dynamics.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
2 years in a managerial or leadership role
in the UAE.
Deep understanding of the
Abu Dhabi real estate market
, including off-plan and secondary market segments.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
