To lead, grow, and optimize the performance of the Sales Department at REMAX Smart Concept, ensuring revenue growth, team motivation, and operational excellence. The Sales Manager will take full ownership of all sales activities, including agent performance, lead conversion, territory management, and collaboration with marketing, admin, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies to drive revenue growth across off-plan and secondary property markets
Identify market opportunities and implement targeted approaches to expand market share and achieve sales targets
Oversee agent performance by monitoring daily activities, setting clear expectations, and ensuring consistent follow-ups and client engagement
Provide hands-on leadership through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance development plans to enhance agent productivity
Manage smart lead distribution through Bitrix24 CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate tracking, and high conversion rates
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, administration, and finance to ensure seamless sales operations and aligned business goals
Submit detailed weekly performance reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top sales talent and support new agent onboarding and integration
Cultivate a high-performance, family-oriented culture that promotes accountability, continuous learning, and team cohesion
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a
MUST
, including both off-plan and secondary sectors
Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and mentor high-performing sales teams
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems; experience with Bitrix24 is a strong advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
Prior experience in developing and implementing Real Estate sales policies and internal workflows
