We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Baron Prime Real Estate Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our off-plan property projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan projects to potential buyers and investors
Manage leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals
Provide professional advice to clients regarding property investment opportunities
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with off-plan projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
UAE driving license is an advantage
Compensation:
Basic Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month
Commission: Based on targets achieved
