Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with a passion for property sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, generating leads, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and tenants
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal procedures
Build and manage a portfolio of property listings with accurate and timely updates
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives
Provide expert guidance throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing
Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and meet performance targets
Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events
Qualifications and Experience
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and regulatory framework
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
RERA or DMT certification is an advantage
