Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential clients interested to buy properties.
  • Offer expert advice on market trends, pricing, and mortgage options.
  • Conduct thorough property comparisons to determine competitive market prices.
  • Craft detailed property listings highlighting key features and locations.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers , ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist in negotiation processes and review purchase contracts for compliance.
