Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Qatar
Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
Prepare sales agreements and coordinate with legal and admin teams
Update CRM systems with client and property details
Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales in Qatar
Prior experience as a
Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Consultant
Strong knowledge of the local property market and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Valid Qatar ID preferred (transferable visa is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Arabic speaking is an advantage (English required)
Qatar driving license is a plus
Strong customer service and sales skills
