Liwa Real Estate is looking for a motivated and ambitious
Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and site visits
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property viewings and presentations
Negotiate prices and close deals successfully
Maintain client database and follow up regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to finalize sales agreements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Previous experience in
real estate sales
is preferred (freshers can apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Positive attitude and strong sales mindset
