Key Responsibilities
Market and sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties in Ajman and Sharjah
Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and company channels
Convert inquiries into viewings and successful sales
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Conduct professional property presentations and site visits
Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company targets
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
Qualifications & Requirements
1-3 years of UAE real estate sales experience
(plots, apartments, or brokerage)
Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team
