Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through company channels, networking, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers and close sales in line with company standards.
Maintain an updated database of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
Stay informed about new project launches, market developments, and competitive offerings.
Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
