Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market. This role involves managing client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the company's continued success in the capital.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and tenants
Provide accurate information on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Maintain a strong understanding of current property listings and market trends
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote listings and enhance brand visibility
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
