Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and rental process, ensuring smooth transactions.
Present and promote properties to prospective buyers with detailed insights.
Negotiate deals and finalize agreements in compliance with UAE real estate laws.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
Utilize CRM tools and digital marketing strategies to manage client interactions efficiently.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and property showcases.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally within Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE real estate license or certification (preferred).
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
