Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, communities, and pricing
Advertise and promote listings across online platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Abu Dhabi broker license is an advantage
