Responsibilities:
Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading developers.
Guide investors and end-users through the full purchase process
Present and explain property features, pricing structures, payment plans, and ROI
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and virtual property presentations
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
Stay updated on current market trends and upcoming developments
Prepare and review sales agreements, offers, and contracts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience (off-plan experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Russian-speaking preferred (additional languages are a plus)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Familiarity with local and international property investment trends
Professional appearance and conduct
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
With own visa preferred.
