Role Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional service and meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties. Promote property listings through various marketing channels and platforms. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. Negotiate offers and finalize deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Maintain a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Manage all client communications professionally and in a timely manner. Use company CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress. Work closely with internal teams to support client needs and ensure successful transactions.
