Epic Homes real estate is a boutique real estate brokerage based in UAE, specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and renting process, offering unparalleled service and expertise in Dubai's vibrant real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.

Property Listings:

Identify, list, and market properties for sale or lease through various platforms, including online portals, social media, and networking.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated with Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.

Site Visits:

Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.

Negotiation:

Facilitate and negotiate terms of property transactions, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties.

Documentation:

Assist clients with legal and financial paperwork, including contracts, tenancy agreements, and other formalities.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues, brokers, and developers to maximize client satisfaction and company growth.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a real estate agent Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and RERA regulations. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
