Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents based in Dubai to promote and sell premium residential and commercial properties located in Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru . The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of real estate markets, relevant legal regulations, and a successful sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Mumbai & Hyderabad properties (residential & commercial) to clients in the UAE
Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding property prices, paperwork, legal rules, and market trends
Conduct virtual or in-person consultations, build client relationships, and close high-value deals
Stay up-to-date with RERA regulations, local market developments, and real estate investment trends in India
Maintain sales targets, client databases, and regular reporting

Candidate Requirements:

Must be currently based in Dubai
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales
In-depth knowledge of property markets in Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru
Strong understanding of real estate regulations (including RERA)
Proven ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages a plus)
