Job Description

We are looking for motivated and result-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team immediately. This role is purely commission based with high earning potential, supported by quality company generated leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert company-provided buyer & seller leads
Arrange site visits and property demonstrations
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate and close deals successfully
Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions
Eligibility / Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales is preferred (freshers can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Immediate joiners preferred
Basic knowledge of local real estate market
