Job description, Back Yard - Dubai is looking to hire senior property consultant to join its growing team for Dubai property off plan Sales. Duties and responsibilities:
- Servicing new buyer inquiries
- Matching suitable properties tailored to the needs of the clients
- Booking and conducting property viewings and sales meetings
- Negotiate prices and deal conditions
- Finalizing sales deals and the necessary paper work
- After sales services
- Applicants must have proven record of sales
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate primary sales
- Basic Salary
- High commission
- Company line + Laptop
- Lead management system
- Strong marketing for lead generation with fresh leads daily
- Social media and Self development training and sales training
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
