Real Estate Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities
- identify potential clients, and build a network within the real estate market.
- Present and market properties to prospective buyers, using effective sales techniques.
- Understand clients\' needs, preferences, and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood
- A minimum of one year of successful sales experience, with a preference for real estate industry.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in the UAE.
- The ability to juggle multiple clients
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a car and a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- This is a full-time position with a competitive basic salary +commission
- Must have 2-3 years experience in Real Estate.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
