Manage and close high-value property sales and rental transactions Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach Conduct property viewings and negotiate on behalf of clients Build strong client relationships and offer personalized real estate solutions Stay ahead of market trends and Dubai property regulations Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance your visibility and personal brand Option to mentor junior agents as you grow into a leadership role
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in real estate or business development Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset UAE Driving License (mandatory) RERA Certification (preferred) Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
