Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and property portals
Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients professionally and promptly
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties and the real estate market
Negotiate contracts and close property deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
Prepare and present sales documentation and property reports
Coordinate with other departments including marketing, legal, and administration
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales within the UAE (minimum 1 year preferred)
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
