WE are looking for Real Estate Property Consultant who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 - 3 years of Real Estate ( Sales experience is a MUST)
- Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing Secondary Real estate units.
- Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work
- Establish and foster strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
- Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Commission from 60% to 80%! !
