Next X Brokerage is in search for an ideal candidate for the position of Real Estate Property Consultant who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile: -- 2 - 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
-- Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing with Secondary Real estate units.
-- Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paperwork
-- Establish and foster strong working relationships with Sales Team and clients.
-- Ensure that company standard, protocols, and procedures are well implemented by the Sales Consultants.
-- Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols. What we provide: -- Commission 50% to 80% ! !
